The formula for Sanamist was discovered at a conference by chance.  Upon seeking out new technologies, a unique formulation of natural probiotics was found.  As it turns out, this proprietary formula has special attributes specifically addressing the elements that affect wound care.  

Our company has over 120 years of combined Medical experience and expertise and we wanted to bring the formulation to market.  Before we agreed, we conducted a 6 weeks proof of concept trial for the most severe and significant wounds within the medical industry.  To our amazement, Sanamist was a huge success.  Following our study we began the journey to establish our new found technology to all levels of wound care providers.  For nearly a year we had unprecedented success enabling the body to heal itself for multiple people who had severe and chronic wounds. From Gangrene to Diabetic ulcers, acne, pressure and surgical wounds the all natural Sanamist spray proved itself.  

Unfortunately there were elements keeping us from moving forward with the wound care providers.  The FDA does not have clear guidance or a category for all-natural products nor are there reimbursement codes.  In addition, the traditional wound care medical establishment was losing significant revenue.  With great remorse we chose to close our company.  It was a painful experience knowing we have “the” product that could help so many in need.

Fast forward a few years and we decided on a new approach to reach so many patients with chronic and debilitating wounds:  opening a channel directly to the consumer.  This is not a new strategy as pharmaceutical and medical companies now advertise directly to the consumer as well.
